What vehicles can you wash?

We have options available to wash ANY vehicle.
Almost any passenger car, van, SUV, truck, and pickup truck up to 78 inches tall can be washed through our Tunnel. Only vehicles with wheels exceeding 12.5 inches wide and trucks or vans with dual-wheel axles or exterior racks cannot be washed through the Tunnel. If you have running boards on your vehicle, we will inspect them to ensure they are safe prior to washing in our Tunnel. Trailer hitches can be run safely through our Tunnel, but we do recommend removing the hitch if possible so that the rear of your vehicle is accessible to receive the best wash possible. We also can wash your convertible in our Tunnel too, we just ask you to ensure the roof is latched properly beforehand, as we cannot be responsible for damage due to an improperly latched roof.

My vehicle has a cracked window, is it still safe to wash?

When the integrity of glass on any part of the vehicle is compromised, including windows and windshields by even the smallest of cracks or chips, it becomes more susceptible to temperature and expansion. Most vehicles with minor imperfections such as these can be washed without incident, but because of the temperature changes your vehicle will experience during our wash process, we cannot be responsible for any damage related to pre-existing glass impairments.

Can you wash my vehicle if it has an attached bugshield?

We cannot be responsible for any after-market products attached to your vehicle during our Tunnel wash process. Specific brands of bugshields are extremely durable, virtually indestructible if installed by a professional shop. As long as they do not have stress cracks or chips especially near or around installation hardware, they can be washed through our Tunnel. In our experience these specific brands have been safely washed through our Tunnel but we cannot offer any guarantees.

Can you get my vehicle's clear coat finish shiny again?

Yes. If your vehicle's finish is dull, it most likely has begun to oxidize. We can recommend whether our waxing services or whether our Enviroshield Weather and Paint Protectant are the best options to restore your vehicle's appearance. Our Enviroshield Weather and Paint Protectant service applies a protective polymer barrier to your vehicle's finish to protect it from permanent damage from the elements, including UV rays, acid, and oxidation. It is one of the best ways to protect your vehicle's finish during its lifetime. In addition to our Enviroshield Weather and Paint Protectant, having your vehicle routinely hand waxed will also provide your vehicle's finish with its best chance of remaining shiny and looking its best during the lifetime of your vehicle.

Can you remove odor and smells from my vehicle?

Yes, we have options to both disinfect and deodorize your vehicle. Our ozone odor removal treatment can remove the toughest of odors, and also destroys bacteria and viruses. Ozone is activated oxygen and is considered the second most powerful sterilant in the world.

How frequently should I get my vehicle washed?

Many factors contribute to the frequency of how often you may need to have your vehicle cleaned to keep it well maintained, extend longevity of use, and retain its best resale value. On average, most vehicle experts recommend having your vehicle cleaned at least twice a month, and hand waxed once every 6 months.

Is your Tunnel wash considered "Touchless" and "Brushless" and how do you dry my vehicle?

Yes, our Tunnel wash is brushless. However, just like when you take a shower, only using soap and rinsing off will not get anything completely clean. So, an extremely modest amount of friction is always required to truly get anything thoroughly clean. We use a highly pressurized air flow system to force most of the dirt and water from the joints on your vehicle.

Are all the cleaning products you use safe?

Yes, we do NOT use any caustic or acid-based cleaning solutions. All our products are computer-controlled to monitor application solutions, to ensure just the right mixture is used for your specific vehicle.

Do you recycle your water?

Yes, we are extremely environmentally conscious and we repurpose our water. In addition, studies have proven that individuals who wash their vehicles at home use a minimum of 100-150 gallons of water. Our wash process uses approximately 30-45 gallons of water, which again is reclaimed. So having your vehicle professionally cleaned by us will not only save you time and effort, but also benefit the environment by reducing water consumption.

Can I leave everything in my vehicle?

We cannot be responsible for any possessions left in your vehicle while on our premises. Please remove anything prior to our wash process for which you may have concerns.
